Aleppo soap is the mother of all hard soaps. That\u2019s according to Peter Andersson, who sells this certified and historic soap through his company, Zentre AB. The soap was originally developed in Aleppo, a city in Syria, and in the 12th century, the Crusaders brought it to Europe. \u201cAleppo soap combines the mildness of olive oil with the beneficial properties of laurel oil,\u201d he explains.<\/p>\n
