If you want profiled packaging (cartons, tape, stamps, stickers with your brand or similar), we can help with this. Or if the sales conditions are not perfect from the start. Then we can repackage the products, for example from one type of pallet to another, or for them to be shipped and sold abroad. Different types of labelling (labels, waybills, etc.) provide different types of information. This can include what the parcel contains, the geographical destination, the customer’s own barcodes, displaying the brand, etc. We help the customer to label or re-label a parcel, so that the information is interpretable and easy to handle.
We can check your goods on arrival, both quantity and quality. In the check, we verify that the delivery is complete according to the delivery note, but we also identify visible deviations. These are photo-documented and reported to the customer. The incoming inspection is carried out as a random check or an overall inspection, depending on what you as a customer want.
Using a mobile phone or handheld scanner, we can easily count the customer’s quantities in the warehouse. We then transfer the information to our warehouse management system (WMS). We can carry out such an inventory whenever the customer wishes.
We are more than happy to help our customers with smooth and easy returns and complaints, whatever the reason for return. This service is particularly important for our e-commerce customers.
Efficient and reliable barcode scanning of incoming and outgoing goods saves a lot of time and reduces misinformation. The same goes for inventory. When we receive a delivery to our warehouse where the customer’s goods are not organised by item, we help sort the goods and then put them in the right storage location to ensure efficient handling in the future.
Sometimes our customers need to destroy products that are obsolete or past their expiry date. We can handle all of this for you – from documentation to physical destruction.
