We actively pursue environmental initiatives and continuously refine our procedures to minimize our environmental impact. We monitor our consumption and select fuels that are sound for both the economy and the environment, and we work efficiently to optimize our transport loads. We are always curious about new technologies that can reduce fossil fuel emissions.

That is why we have also invested a great deal of time and energy into certifying various parts of our operations. We are a responsible logistics center committed to meeting the requirements regarding traffic safety, emissions, and the work environment. We comply with the laws, regulations, and recommendations applicable to our operations. We are proud to announce that we are ISO-certified for quality (ISO 9001) and the environment (ISO 14001). This means that we are constantly working to reduce our environmental impact, improve our operations to enhance service levels and delivery reliability, and create a better work environment for our employees.

The latest challenge we have taken on is that of a fossil-free Sweden. Fossil-Free Sweden challenges companies, organizations, municipalities, and regions to implement concrete measures to reduce greenhouse gas emissions.

Miljöbyggnad – the key to sustainable community development.

Everyone wants to live and work in a safe and healthy environment. Miljöbyggnad is a Swedish environmental certification program administered by the Sweden Green Building Council that ensures good environments for living, working, and playing. Through thorough inspection of the building using sixteen different indicators for energy use, indoor environment, and materials, Miljöbyggnad ensures that the building you occupy is good for you and for the environment. GP LastOur new facility has achieved Silver certification, which we are very proud of.
